Module 5: Supporting Documents
In Module 5, the Instructional Design students were asked to decide what support(s) their students/learners need and to create a supporting document to accompany their online course. The document could be a syllabus, a graphic syllabus, a learning guide or a one-stop document for a week (unit) of instruction, or a marketing brochure/site to attract learners.
I chose to create a marketing brochure. My participants are in a corporate setting and they will have to be granted permission to attend this training course. It will take time away from their daily tasks and responsibilities so this piece will need to provide enough information to determine if they find the material beneficial without overwhelming them.
